Continental Theological Seminary offers beautiful, versatile facilities for your church events, conferences, seminars, summer courses, and wedding ceremonies. Whatever the occasion, our welcoming campus provides an ideal setting to gather, learn, worship, and celebrate. Our dedicated staff is here to listen to your needs, accommodate your desires, and help make your event a memorable experience.

The blend of our historic facilities and beautiful modern dormitories, in use since 2025, is part of what makes our campus so charming and unique.

Located near Brussels, our guests can easily reach the city center by bus or metro. Once there, they can explore the city, enjoy a delicious Belgian waffle, or savor some crispy Belgian fries.

  • Chapel - first day – Maximum 200 persons 450 €

    Chapel - first day – Maximum 300 persons 600 €

    • 2 nd & 3 rd days 250 € per day

    • 4 th -7 th days 150 € per day

    • Additional days 100 € per day

    • Standard Class - Includes chalkboard, desks & chairs 70 €

    • Media Class - Includes beamer/projector, screen, chalkboard, desks & chairs 100 €

    • Conference Room – Includes conference tables, chairs, small kitchen 150 €

  • Housing in Dorm Rooms – per person per night (no meals) 35 €

    • Housing in Apartments – 1-2 persons per night (no meals) 80 €

    • Bed linens and/or Towels 5.00 €

    • Combined Room & Board Price (Dormitory Housing + 3 meals):

    o Rental for 1 night 52.00 € per person

    o Rental for 2 – 3 nights 50.00 € per person

    o Rental for 4 – 5 nights 46.00 € per person

    o Rental for 6 + nights 43.00 € per person

  • Prices for ages 5 – adult; Children age 4 & under may eat for free.

    ▪ Brunch = 5.00 €

    ▪ Lunch = 6.00 €

    ▪ Dinner = 5.00 €

    • Weekend Kitchen/Chef Fee (if meals required on Saturday, Sunday or Holiday) 125 €/Day

    • Coffee Breaks (Coffee, Tea or punch, Cookies, Milk, Sugar, etc.) 1 € per person, per break

    • DATE RESERVATION FEE (non-refundable – to secure date on calendar) 50 €

    • SECURITY DEPOSIT (refundable – to be paid upon receipt of contract) 300 €

    • Sound Technician 10 €/hour

    • Equipment Fee – use of computer and/or projector in chapel 30 €/day

    • Extra Day/Evening for Set-up or Clean-up (subject to CTS calendar) 50 €

    • Wi-Fi Access 5 €/day/person
