This second cycle of academic studies leading to the Master's degree in Church Leadership offers core courses and seminars through which the student acquires greater knowledge in the main areas of theology and biblical interpretation, as well as in biblical and spiritual leadership. The program combines in-depth theological training with the opportunity to pursue theological research in the light of the contemporary religious environment. Students develop their expertise in Biblical Studies and Theology. The particular approach chosen for the development of spiritual leadership combines a broad knowledge of leadership based on the Bible with a deep understanding based on personal experience. The student should finish the program inspired, motivated and with a clear idea of how to use his or her unique God-given abilities to contribute and add value to his or her church or missionary organization.
