REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE PAYMENT OF FEES
Students are accepted at CTS on the understanding that when registering for the course of study they agree to the following regulations governing payment of fees:
ANNUAL REVIEWWhereas every effort is made to keep the cost of fees to a minimum, it is found necessary to review fees every year.
PAYMENT OF FEESFees are set for the full year and payment for the year is due and payable in advance or on the day of registration. If you are a full-time student and you wish to pay in installments, you can arrange to pay your fees in 8 equal installments (see monthly payment schedule). In any event, all school fees (together with any outstanding charges) must be paid-in-full before or on 19 May 2009. Additional administrative charges will be incurred for checks that banks refuse for insufficient funds and for late payment of fees.
STUDENT INSURANCEBelgian law requires that all students carry valid health insurance for the academic year.
NOTE: Personal belongings of students in (apartments / rooms) are not covered by CTS insurance. Therefore, CTS is not liable for any damage or loss of personal belongings. If your personal belongings are not covered by your parents insurance [Family Insurance Policy], or by another insurance policy, after arrival the school will assist you in obtaining such insurance coverage.

*DEPOSITYou will need to pay a deposit to occupy your apartment or room. The deposit will be retained for up to one month after you leave. It will then be returned to you as long as no items are missing or damaged. If the room / apartment is left untidy, dirty, damaged or items missing, the deposit will be retained.
CURRENCYIt is the responsibility of the student, coming from countries not using the EURO as its currency, to arrange all payments to the seminary in EURO through (1) a wire / bank transfer or (2) with cash.
